The first part is real but when those rediculous "cows" and other stuff came on, that was definitely "doctored". They just used her same lines to go over that part.
I agree with Nancy though. Media has alot to be ashamed of. Though, to do that on air to a co-worker was completely unprofessional.

Now, whether it was intentional or not by the show's producers is unknown. Elizabeth says "Rose made me do it." They could have all planned it for some type of promotion or pr campaign possibly or it could have been a joke that the producers wanted to play on Nancy for some reason. Whatever the reason, it's pretty funny haha.
