ok people recently I have been looking at other sites in different areas,
To be honest I really love cars and will be starting a big car site soon, I have a friend with a car site who makes a easy $100/day form adsense on it.
I currently own about 16 domains and hope to develop around 10 and make all various advertising revenue form them.
I am also really gettign into .mobi domains and have a small portfolio of these LLL.mobi's
Now do you own any other sites appart from your myspace ones?
thanks

I started out with a hobby site and at the time didn't even think about making money. Don't even remember what it was that "flipped that switch" but since then I have been doing everything I can to get a foothold.
MSRS was my first real push but I had a good collection of domains with other plans as well. But right now, pretty much myspace sites a couple niche sites and a couple arcade sites just starting out. Nothing else really making any money yet though.
lol I have a bunch of car domains lol. Mostly just have them to part right now but was hoping to someday maybe sell them to some dealers in the two markets they are associated with (most have either L.A. (Los Angeles) or NY (New York) attacked...like NissanNY.com and LAvolkswagon.com for example. Maybe I should just develope them all heheh.

are you on hostgator shared?
layeredtech has really cheap dedicated servers. they start at $60/each and you get a decent setup.
they are self managed so proxies aren't an issue.

I'd have to see decent stats to pay 1k for it.
There are no stats worth mentioning.
The value is derived from
domain name
seo work done
PageRank
Someone elses offer for it at above $750.00
One can try.... right?

Hey guys...
I have about 140 domains and 70+ active websites at all times. I have poker..estores..myspace..proxys..surf stuff...nascar...and so many golf domains I am not sure I even remember all the other types. I actualy assign them a priorty number and wrote an application that host the stats in the db so I can be brifed on the road.
3 years ago ...I wrote a CRM application called Traffic Log Pro that is used it almost every powersports dealership in the US.
So I spend a lot of time playin around with domains and sites. It gives this old guy the felling of basball cards in a way. lol. As most of you I buy them fix them up and in this case I do not sell my sites. Every site to me is like a blomming flower so I work every bit of it.
BTW..any poker related sites ..hang on to them ..it really the rooms that are take the beatin!! My forum actualy went up in members due to all of the gripen from players.
Any way it a lot of fun...and a good payin hobby !!!

I think I have 42 sites up and running + a few domains lying around.
They range from a few Myspace sites, three Flickscript sites that I haven't started to add videos to yet, five arcade sites I bought recently and haven't done anything to yet.......my other sites are two forums, a credit card affiliate site, four loan sites including a membership based one which is my main source of online income.
An article directory, a weightloss site which is my number one site for Adsense revenue, a few amazon affiliate sites and some other odds and ends.

I've got nowhere near the amount of sites everyone else has. I own one MSRS license, a FlickScript site (which I've just recently seen search engine traffic start rolling in), a GameScript site, a blog service site running WordPress Mu and my own personal site. I'm probably earning only enough to buy a can of pepsi a day but I'm sure this'll increase as I go up in the SE rankings.
Dad & I run an online business which is our main source of income earning a respectable amount a day. This is earnt through selling our software which is regarded as the best in it's industry.

I currently run three.
http://myspacemagic.net - Pretty succesful making some money but not great.
http://voipquestions.net - Slowly gaining traffic from directory submissions. Having a hard time finding link exchanges for this one.
http://uniquemyspacegraphics.com - Just starting out. ~20 uniques a day from a link on a big sites link page and a link from myspacemagic.net

I own graphic sites - put a few ads on them (not a whole lot) and you can earn some okay cash if you get enough revenue. I own around 25 domains, that I don't all use. Like someone else said they just let them sit there watching and waiting.

Hehe looks like a own the least :)
I currently own:
www. thexbox360forum.com <-- Sitting waiting to be finished.
www. twoworlds.co.uk <-- Abandoned :( Wrestling game website, could have been relaunched with the release of new game (SVR2007) but its a massive maitenence website, needs atleast 3 hours a day to become successful. It was the most popular, probably 2nd best to one website in its prime but recently left it to pursue Munch.
www. munchmyspace.com <-- MSRS site, biggest earner to date lol at $10ish a day :D But yeah its getting more and more visits a day so I am quietly confident about the success of it.
Got a couple of other domains but currently I plan to work on Munch for a while and then eventually open The Xbox360 Forum, but that also requires alot of work so am looking to put it all into Munch for a while.
I never have looked at websites as a source of ad income until recently, hence why Munch is the only monetised website.

Run 4 flickscript, 1 arcade, a couple of blogs (looking to develop more) and am waiting for 1 combined MSRS/Flickscript (long time in the creation).
Also have a number of MFA sites to my shame (hope to develop them into something a little more respectable soon) and around 200 domains that have been registered 7-8 years.

I have 3 big web sites (layouts, symbiotic, learningcentre) and 4 more sites about to be developed with the help of some great partners restored.com (everything restoration), wicket.com (cricket site), Chit.com (cyber held investment trust) and designboyz.com (MSRS).
I also own a couple thousand domains that are MFA (made for adsense) not a lot of content but lots of ads ;)

I just started a humor site called HolyFunny.com
I am also making a website called BushFunnies.com which will be dedicated to making fun of old GWB.
I love making websites out side of the myspace resource type. for one I love being able to code my entire sites and know exactly how my sites work. with an ms site you have to work with a script and template which sucks.
I've found it's almost impossable to get a humor site off the ground these days, then again its seeming pretty impossable to get a myspace resource site going too.

I have had many sites in the past that I have deleted as they were bringing in no income. (should of just left them up) Anywhere from tattoo sites, penis enlargement sites (yeah i know), DJ forum, tshrit site, etc. All in all I have probably had around 20 sites. But now only focus on one. My MSRS site. Not getting much traffic to it yet (200 uniques/day), probably cuz I havent started promoting it yet, still working on content.
As a"webmaster" I find it very difficult to focus on one site at a time. I get soooo many ideas and I want to get started on the ASAP. Anybody else have this problem.

yeah i have this problem aswell...

I currently only have 17 sites...most of which all get traffic, but revenue seems to be down of late.

I have 3 main sites that are earning.
1 MSRS which I am putting all the earnings back into at the moment.
The 2 other sites - one is an information site which pays for all of my hosting and expenses and the other one is my main source of income which I live off very comfortably.
I have just bought another MSRS which I just realised is PR4 after I bought it and I'm waiting for the MSRS v2.0 before I really start developing it.
Also building a couple of other sites (build and forget) which will earn from my MSRS traffic and I'm developing 2 search engines (1 USA and 1 UK) which are nearly complete and are gonna be good earners too I think.I will be opening a new directory too when the script is updated to ajax.
That is all I'm going to concentate on.
I do have quite a few other sites too but do not have time to develop them so I am cutting down my portfolio.
I also buy domains that I have great ideas for but don't get developed so I have 20 or so sitting there doing nothing.

I own the domain jagshemesh.com which will be a borat fan-site! :) I LIKE!
I also own LikeZidane.com which is still in the process of SEO and figuring out which ads i'd like to put on it. It's soccer themed, you guys will think it's funny.
I also have the domain spaceassistant.com possibly looking for a decent script to make another myspace site, besides my main one myspacemaintenance.com
Cheers!
