Well.. I am frusterated.
I am NEVER a part of the "stealing" drama online. I have had things stolen from me before but once the "stealer" gets caught they usually take your stuff down, apologize with an excuse, and learn their lesson.
So first off let me say that I would never put someone on "blast" and make accusations for all the world to see. But the facts are the facts! And when I have tried NICELY to work out the situation between me and the "stealer" and it still doesnt go well.... then I am going to put you on "blast!"
Here is what happened!
I know that things on MSP can easily be misconstrued. You can never tell if someone "Stole" something or "bought" it, unless ofcourse you keep track of all your sales and the threads are still up and you are the SELLER of these images. Right?
So I had (still have) a thread up- I believe it was my first one-

I know, I know, I made the mistake of not tagging EXAMPLE on my bundle.
It was my first sale, my first thread, I thought (strangely) that I could trust people!
I was wrong.
Krista from http://treasuresfrombeneath.com had my whole entire pack on her site. I stumbled upon it because she is an affie of mine. I emailed her and asked her where she got the pack. She said that someone else (that name will remain anonomous for now) gave them to her. I asked that person why she would of gave them to Krista if I never sold them to her. So basically "that girl" stole them and was giving them away.
She then told me that she DID not steal them and Krista was "lying" She even showed me a conversation that her and Krista had. Krista then emailed me apologizing saying that she would take them down. This was last week. I spoke to an MSP moderator about the situation, but they needed more proof, and I was just being lazy.
Anyways, so then today, another affie of mine asks me why my stuff is on Treasure from Beneath. So I look, and indeed, they are still there. So I email Krista again, asking her to please take them down. I explained already in prior emails that even if it WAS a misunderstanding, and she wasnt the one who apparently stole them, that I understood, but I still did not give her the permission to post them on her site as hers. She agreed. Now here it is a week later and they are still there.
Now she is refusing to take them down, claiming that I posted them as freebies on MSP. So pbviously her story has changed. And if you look on freebies you will CLEARLY see that the FREE pack I posted was only 2 days ago and was all Quote glitters. And not the pack that I first sold.

It would not be a big deal if someone stole from me, or was given something that should have been given out in the first place. But what really bothers me is that I asked her nicely, and she said she would take them down. Now a week later, not only will she not take them down, she wont even credit me, and her story has changed.
I have removed her from my affiliates list, and other things she was included on, on my site. I apologize for making this everyone else's business, but I am not one to be taken advantage of. I work hard making glitters and selling them. And I have done really well on here! Not only that, but I have never once stolen and posted anything on my site that I have not made!
This really bums me out. I am a nice person. An honest person. And to have people be so disrespectful pisses me off. If you stole, atleast admit it, and if you dont have the balls to admit it, make it right- take the stolen **** down. Dont keep telling people on ur site that you make everything when indeed you dont, and you steal it , or buy it on MSP.
