Well I currently have a anti-me thread on DP started by some guy called "noopid"

This guy came to me looking to advertise his "adults motorbike" site on my teenage demographic mailing lists via various sites, I told him it wasnt a smart move as its a more adult site and teens might not check it out, he said nah it was fine and for me to still do it and sent me the $22.

2 months pass then today I get this email form paypal liek a complaint,

I check it out and then send this guy a nice email saying I will offer a 50% re fund as he already recieved most of the traffic as he paid for,

I recieve this email back -

I then give him the full re fund here -

then he starts up this thread

and on every sale thread I have in DP he posts all these rude things about me!!!
saying I am a scammer, even after I gave him the full re fund!!!!!!!

has any one ever dealt with someone like this,

the email list is 100% genuine!!!

Report him for stalking. It's one thing if you were scamming people but that sounds different. Strange it took him two months to follow up as well.

yeah I dont know what this guys problem is,

I did this advertising for him 2 months ago yet he has left it untill now to complain,

its a massive blow to my reputation over only 22 dollars, its not the money thats worrying me its the loss of reputation from this guys lies, I had this massive client on DP who had purchased advertising off me in the past he was going to do $400 worth aggain now after this guys anti me thread he is thinking twice!!!!!

I don't know what his problem is aswell, he got the re fund now he seems to be having FUN trying to run some one out of business,

I am a 100% honnest seller, if you buy something off me I will give you 100% of what you pay for and nothing less, if you dont like it then pm me I will do extras for free...

it crule aswell that I have lost money on this, I had to pay a affiliate to do the advertising, the guys site got a few thousand hits aswell I know for sure via my stats...he just must want every thing for nothing

His problem is that all of the traffic he got was from 'Paid to Read' email - in other words, it was useless to anyone, regardless of demographics.

Paid to read emails work like this:

Included in each e-mail is a link. Clicking this link and allowing the paid sponsors website to load is the only way we can accurately track if you read the email advertisement. The system will then credit you for reading the e-mail advertisement.

Opt-in email lists for this type of traffic consist of people trying to earn a few pennies from reading emails and clicking on links.

Noppid has been around the block a few times. Firstly, he would have waited the mandatory ten days with Paypal, then he would have filed his complaint. Only after this process was completed (and Paypal refused to refund because it was virtual goods), would he demand a refund and 'out' you on DP.

He would 'out' you on DP to stop anyone else paying for useless traffic. Simple as that.

I sold this over 2 months ago and a re fund was provided, noopid has serious problems and needs to get a life imo...

At the end of the day you sold a service. It was up to you to ensure that service was up to scratch. Having said that, sometimes a third party can let you down but it would only have taken you 60 seconds after Noppid contacted you for you to figure out he had a point and the traffic was completely useless.

No this is not what happened.

Noopid never contacted me at all, he just left the pay pal dispute.

I sent him a email asking what was happening I offered 50% re fund, which was very very fair as he already recieved all the traffic.

Then he sends me that email im running you out of business if i dont get a full re fund, I think ok its only 20 bucks and then send him a full re fund saying sorry for the problems he has been caused.

Then even after the re fund is given he starts up all the anit me thread and posts all thoes rude things bout me.

Do you like his business style? And to this this guy claims to own a business management company, business management for trailor park people or something.

This traffic was not fake wither take a look in the sales thead its not virtual traffic at all, he is obviously a LIAR.

I dont even want to talk abotu this any more its a total waste off time, I have clients to do wortk for , I dont have time to waste on trubbihs liek this the guy is obviously some big nerd who has wayy to much time on his hands.
