Don, just an FYI so you don't get your knickers in a knot, but Greg J is the developer and the fulfulment specialist and sometimes he's away from his computer for reasons you and I are unaware of and if you have recieved no response I guarantee it's just because he is unaware the order has been placed. He's pretty much on top of things, so I'd cut him some slack here and try to be patient. I think you'll find the wait worthwhile. I do understand your frustration--I also tend to subscribe to the "I want it now" mentality, but if you've read the order thread on DP you'll know that Greg is an honorable guy to work with. Reporting him to PayPal will not solve anything here. He'll get to you when he knows about your order Good luck.

Without a doubt you will receive the script as soon as Greg gets back to his computer. I've worked with few developers as commited as Greg and as avi8r says, sometimes he needs to be away from his computer for a while.

Yes, the only thing is time is limited for me, i was expecting to having the site up by today. Thats why i ordered at 4am in the morning lol. Because at 2 am i got a pm from greg on dp and i told him i would buy.. I have since emailed him, pmed him on dp, posted in the thread on dp, posted here and no reply yet. Its 10 hours so far , also paypal notified me that the payment is sent but only will be accepted when the other party reviews it. Now the payment is accepted and no reply yet. Meaning it was reviewed

Shouldn't be too long before you get a download link I should expect.

Seriously, I wouldn't sweat it. From everything I've seen on here and in DP from personal experience and other's written accounts of their dealings with him, Greg J = integrity. Patience my friend. Again, I'm all about instant gratification myself, but it'll happen for sure, and when it does you'll find it was worth the wait.

Ok i miscalculated its about 14 hours now and no reply. My days are limited and im wasting them on waiting for something i paid $300 for yet nothing to show for it. Funny thing is my payment was reviewed and accepted by the seller yet nothing.

There is no automatic check out because Greg doesn't want thousands of scripts out there.
That is for our benefit, not his.
Maybe he went away for the day, maybe his mama is not feeling well.....
If you want a Wal-Mart type product you are in wrong place.

Have you sent him a message? Perhaps he didn't get the paypal notification?

Not much more to be said that hasn't been said already. One other thing to check possibly which you may not have realized. Did you sign up at hipposcript yet? If you did, go back and check your login, it's possible that your script is waiting for you to be downloaded and greg may not have had the chance to notify you yet. That happened to me, I was in regular contact with greg and was expecting my next contact with download info, hadn't heard back right away but happened to check my login at hipposcript and there it was.
Things happen, but like it's already been said, if there is anyone you wanna do business with, it's greg!

Whats this doing here?

I moved it here rather than deleting. It was taken care of and didn't think a thread with someone just being impatient was really needed ;).
Are we just flat out deleting the post? Or should we have a seperate hidden "storage" forum where we move things before deleting?

People will notice and think there's a policy of removing "negative" posts....

wasn't so much negative as solved really. So just locking it then?

I would just leave it alone, where it was and unlocked.

I think you 2 should take it to PM cause I dont want to be cleaning up bash threads all night.
No one but Connections and the buyer know what actually happened there and it wasnt here that it took place. I personally dont know whos telling what or when or anything but dont start a War here..
Remember PM please.

What's with all those deleted messages??? :? :?
They were actually a brief discourse between mods about the thread, Fryman.
I've 'undeleted' them so everyone can see exactly what they were about. Having them deleted like that made it appear as if there was something untoward going on, when in fact, there wasn't.
PGZ has decided to lock the thread since Connections has hijacked it.
Nothing relating to original post is going to be added since it is way off track.
Thread locked for that reason.

I'm not sure how this thread went unnoticed by me, but I'll respond regardless of it being too late.
Logistically speaking, the last several weeks have been a complete nightmare for us/me when it comes to anything business related. If it's not one thing, it's another. I don't promote that download is instantaneously and I don't promise it will be done in a particular amount of time. Most deliveries are done within moments of payment, but if you catch me at just the wrong time or before just the right mini-crisis there can be a delay.
As for the deletion of threads that paint me in a less than flattering light, I don't have any policy for it nor do I want it done. Now if it's done with colorful language or baseless accusations, that's another story.
Like I said, the matter has been handled but I wanted to comment.
