myspace resource script html query

you know if you get a myspace resource script like the one sold on this site,when people copy the layout html code the want,and paste it into their myspace profile and save it,everytime someone views their myspace profile,will it be using MY server's bandwidth? Because isn't t he layout html code hotlinked to my website? Or once a user adds the html layout code from my myspace resource site,it is permanently saved into their profile and is not hotlinked anymore?
if it IS hotlinked,then if my server goes down,what will happen to the layout html code that a user put in their profile?

You can host the images on an external image hosting site like imageshack or photobucket . That way you will not be using up bandwidth.

Well Dale if its a legal copy he would have access to the owners forum where questions like these above would be asked.

The coding in Gregs script is unlike any other so if it wasnt a copy of Gregs script any answers here would do him zero good with another script.
