okay somebody paid me via cc.. and whenever i click the accept button it says that i can only receive 2 cc payments annually so i need to upgrade to premium so i could receive the money.

my problem is if i upgrade to premium paypal will charge fees with every transaction i make.. is there any way to accept the money without upgrading?

No, you have to upgrade or wait until next month to accept it. I already had to upgrade and I didn't really notice a big difference other than the fees. :P

yeah but i dnt want to upgrade :(:( im just using my father's friend account so i cant just do anything

Why don't you have your own account?

Upgrading to premium...all it does is when you accept credit card payments it takes a percentage. It's only like zero point something percent so its a few cents, no biggie.

it also takes payment for normal transactions.. i dont use my account cuz i cant receive money cuz im in the philippines...

if ur account is premium u wont see an "upgrade" button on the left side...

I upgraded it's no biggie. You can use this website to determine what your fees would be for how much you receive and what not.. http://www.ppcalc.com/
