Alright, I know this chick online who took her shirt off and stuff on cam for some guy and he put it on his website.

Are her boobs allowed to be on his website, even though she doesn't want them to be, or what? Can she do somethin about it?

Me and these guys are arguing in a chatroom about it, and I say she can do something about it, and they say she can't

As far as legal repercussions go I wouldn't think she would actually hire a lawyer and go through the legal process of sueing someone over some pics.

She should contact the host of the website and demand their immediate removal (er, the pics, not the boobies :o ). The guy has absolutely no right to display her pictures without her permission - #1 He doesn't have a model release form signed by her #2 She has copyright #3 It's unlikely the host allows adult material

But for the love of God, why on earth did the dozy mare take webcam pics of her boobies and send them to someone?! What did she think was going to happen?

Thats ok, when i first got my webcam, i thought it would be funny to send a pic of my nuts to one of my friends ....well he turns around and sends the email to his freind, who at the time owned thugz.com which got MAD hits a day.
