ok heres the situation this kid at school has been chatting with my mate saying rude things about me and i told my mate to give me the chat info for a possible court case is there any way that he can acess the chat history when the person he was chatting to is not online.
please really need this info it is very important need help asap

it depends on the messenger they used..
if it's ym there is an archive.. as for other messengers, i don't know.. you can search it on google..

but you can just forget what he/she said if it isn't true.. don't let other people get into your nerves, it's what makes them happy. so instead, show to that person you're not threatened and you don't care at all because it's not true.
