How Do I find Myspace Urls

I want to send people to their myspace pages from one of my sites and need to know what urls to use.
ie.
Post bulletin
edit profile etc.
do you need a special token or anything?

i dont think so just use the url,
where are u sending them to? to their profiles?

Yes along with other things like post blog,post bulletin etc.

hw will you manage to keep them logged-in.. It keeps on giving me login-box everytime I open explorer
