well after applying to value click and getting rejected, I applyed to cpx interactive and got approved.
well so far an hour after adding the code I have made $1.25 (I think) and thats with 2,000 impressions.
anyone got any tips for maximum income with this program?
right now I'm running a 120x600 and a 460x68 and a pop-under ad.

medium rectangle usually have pretty good cpms if you can fit it in anywhere.
Other than that looks like your on the right track. Those are the same ads I run.

hmm I actually have a spot for that but currently YPN is placed there but I think I will switch them around and put YPN on the 120x600 spot and then put a cpm ad on the rectangle spot. see how that goes.

so the amount under "Net eCPM ($)" means that is the total amount of money I have earned?
what does "Net pub comp ($)" mean?

Anyone willing to maybe take a screen shot? I can possibly help explain if I can see it. Not for sure tho. I'm not with CPXInteractive.
Jeremy what does your eCPM say the rate #?

Hrm that seems more like total earnings. What are your total earnings and how many impressions does it show. We can divide that and see how much your earning. Per 1000 impressions.

I've been running CPX for a while now and eCPM is pretty dismal, hovering around $0.10. Kind of stuck with it though as vc, casale, etc. have rejected the site. I'd be curious to hear what size formats end up working best for you.

Hrm. Your right your getting 1.34 per 1000 views. What zone is this for tho? This could possibly be just pop-unders so it would be understandable why it's over $1.00.

All those agencies pay peanuts, they are usually used as a 3rd tier network

I agree I wouldn't expect CPXInteractive to be a teir 1 network but if they are paying $1.34 per 1k impressions of something other than an interstitials or pop-under thats a very high rate.
So we just gotta see what zone this is for.

When I first got into Value Click and Tribal Fusion they both started off kind of high but settle down after a couple of days of traffic. Give it a couple of days and then see where it ends up.

When I say zone I mean like 300x250 block.....pop-unders.....468*60...Which size ad is representing that revenue.

One thing I like about it so far is the stats update fast.
made $5.xx so far just having this up for a few hours.
There was another cpm company I had just tried for a few days and barely made anything and the stats took forever to update...

yea its good yet depressing that the only network that seems to pay great money is YPN at the moment.
I mean come on, it would take forever to even get a payment with a ecpm at 0.02 or 0.07 at that matter. Not even worth having the damn ads displayed on my site.

^ I have noticed... each day since I have started, my ecpm goes down by 2-5 cents. its like they are just trying to be sneaky at screwing me over.
yesterdays stats:
46,173 Impressions
$11.07 earned.

ok I have been running 2 different ad formats on my site now for a week and earning around a $0.26 ecpm. Well today I removed 1 of the ads and now my ecpm has skyrocketed to about $0.60.....
does this make sense?

i have just started using CPX as my secondary company after valueclick... My eCPM's for CPX are currently VERY LOW (under 0.10). however, my account representative ASSURED me that the ads will automatically optimize after 500,000 impressions...
Bascially, if you all are seeing low eCPM, patience might be needed... I'll keep you all updated when i give it 500K impressions.

I just checked my stats for March to date with CPX... my average ecpm is $0.11. How bad does that suck? Pretty bad, I'd say. I tried their pop unders a while back and it hardly made a difference to my earnings -- not worth the annoyance to my visitors so i took them off... Doing pretty good with adbrite, though...

that is interesting. I have served 424,070 impressions so far , so maybe my account is starting to even out at what it is supposed to be.
