Is there a reason why the #1 site never seems to move in position or number?

#1 site is always sending more traffic than anyone, just the script isn't working correctly so I have to use a feature member option to get it to display there. I've been through this before. I've made numerous posts on the support forums for the script writer but he doesn't know how to fix this. if you can offer a resolution I'd be more than happy to test it out. But as I said his site sends a lot of traffic. If your site outperforms him i'd be glad to fix it where you would be above it.
