lol thats pretty hard for me to tell, since I have no idea what script you are running, let alone how its put together. I would start here /home/spicemys/public_html/my-space/codes-cms/index2.php since that is the page where the error is at, or download the script and search for mysql_connect(, or mysql_pconnect( since those are the function names to connect to a mysql server.

i have that script its not the best written one but check your settings in the file config.php and index2.php......if i remember i had to change some of the file paths in the index2.php file before mine would work right.
