The new FMS is just around the corner, and I want to open it up to new eyes, so I'm running a contest for the new theme. (And it's to try to spruce up MSP a bit--kinda slow lately...)
To start things off: PRIZES (yay.)
The final grand prize depends on how many people participate in the contest. I'll start it off at $20, and for every additional person who joins, it'll go up $1. It maxes out at $70 for the winner. To give you an idea...if 10 people participate, the prize is $30; if 30 people join, the prize is $50...and so on.
Since it wouldn't be fair to just hand it out to the winner, 2nd & 3rd place will also get something. Both are the same amount, and they'll start at $5 and max out at $10.
'K. Incentives out of the way. Time for details.
Being that FMS only needs a couple functions placed in your page to work, don't worry about coding the them to work with FMS just yet. I'll go over it with the winner(s), or just do it myself if you want; doesn't matter to me. Basically, just make a layout for a website that might have a gallery of HTML templates and images.
Some things to keep in mind:
- Keep it original! Try to stray from the typical three-column template you see on Myspace layout sites. FMS isn't just for Myspace
- Be creative!
- Fully valid coding is a definite plus (means a better chance of you winning)

- Starts right NOW, and runs until November 6th, 2009, at 11:59:59.99 PM EST.
- A voting session will be held sometime on the 7th. Who wins then doesn't guarantee an official win; it's more of a guideline.

- Please don't post your submissions in this thread. Either PM me, or send them in an email to hello [.@.] fixtatik.com.
- Remember, the more people who enter, the more money the winner gets, so tell people about it!
