i know you go to filter-other-offset
i just never know what to make my settings so that it's seamless.

What do you mean settings? That's pretty much it, filter > other > offset.

Ooohh I think you meant the numbers to use.. Well, make it half the size of your image.. Like if your image is 100x100 pixels, make it 50. :) Anything works really though..
