what do buyers prefer? words with actual glitter fills or words with solid colors and clear glitter fills? i prefer the latter because its easier to read...

Not a buyer, but ppl I work for prefer plain/patterned text with transparent glitter fills.

I do too really, because like you said, hard to read and sometimes looks too tacky.

I love transparent glitter fills, I think it makes for a much sharper clearer image.

when I first started making glitter words months ago, i really liked the glitter fills. now it just looks nasty tacky

I think it depends on how you make them. Some regular glitter fills I think look much better then the transparent ones.

Some people just like to put solid colors and then a transparent fill, I think that looks too plain.

Agreed, otherwise with clipart etc the glitters can look really crowded.

transparent glitter on the image and writing and solid as background.

I also prefer the clear glitters for words, but color glitters for images

I think they don't even look like glitter. Mostly crap. I like the ones that look like real glitter.
