I was thinking of selling bulletin space for anyone who want to post messages to thousands of people. Obviously I wont accept spamming. Would that be allowed, especially if I do this on ebay?

dont do it on ebay you will get your accounts banned I have seen this happen to sellers.

sell it on forums but dont expect much you need atleast 25 000 friends to make like 3-4 bucks a bulleitn or something similar.

I dont see whats wrong at all if you have a targeted group and you send out a targeted bulletin to this group, eg check otu this baseball site guys i like it....when your targeted group is all of baseball fans?

There is a difference between spamming and researched marketing, I dont' care what the fryman says. ;) I agree with selling bulletins, as I've purchased some and sold some, but spamming is a relative term anyways.
