My mom always told me to go with my cousin's husband, because he was willing to teach me how to use flash. He has his own company and makes a living out of it.

Well, I always said no, that all I needed to learn was php. Now I wish I knew flash.

So now I have to learn the hard way. What program do you guys use to make flash generators or just general flash stuff? Thanks in advance.

I'm using Flash 8 or 9 Beta for now. Flash CS3 in a couple of weeks :)

I self taught myself all I know from either just messing around or looking at other people's codes.

woo flash, I started teaching myself actionscript last night... kinda cool. don't really get all of it yet though. I find it hard to find beginner tutorials on the web, i guess I have to go look for books :/ if anyone has any good sites, drop a note.
