im looking for a script that lets the people login to your site to a certain area and there i could upload special content there and only the people who signup to login and access the special content ne get wut im saying?

You could just use a CMS site like Joomla to seperate your member data and public data. Plus its easy to use. It allows you to do exactly what you want to do with your site already.
