We launched a week ago and are looking for link exchanges with 3-5 websites max (in addition to the two already present) - no more than that. We prefer to limit the amount of outgoing links as it looks tacky having 30 other websites with pretty much the same anchor text in a huge list. Your link would appear above the fold site-wide in the 'partners' section located in the top right of our website. Currently we only have links for SparkleTags (which we might remove) and Pimp-My-Profile.
We currently are receiving between 1000-2000 uniques/day and it seems to be rising steadily, probably because all of our layouts are high quality/unique. We are looking to do link exchanges with websites receiving at least 2000-3000 uniques/day. PR is not required, although we wouldn't mind it, but seeing as we have none right now we really can't be picky :) Traffic is most important. We also are only interested in link exchanging with websites that have no more than 10 outgoing links max, and where our link appears 'above the fold', not stuffed at the bottom of the navigation in a small list.
Although the traffic is still low as we just launched, I think the fact that traffic is increasing and that your link is in a 'prime' position that isn't stuffed with 30 other websites would result in a higher CTR for you. :) We'll keep the links up for a minimum term of two weeks, after that if you or us aren't receiving much traffic from each other then we can decide if we'd like to continue the link exchange or remove each other's links.
Also, if your website receives a minimum of 10,000 unique visitors/day and has no more than 10 outgoing links (including other advertising people have purchased from you or other link exchanges you've done), we'd be interested in advertising on your website.
