I agree that about the new artists thing, but less sites will have the older artists which means it's less competition to rank high for those layouts.

the layout would look lot better if you can blend it in and keep the same color scheme. your contact table is light and your network banner is dark, which kinda messes the whole layout.
also try not to make the bg animated, contact tables or banners could be animted but bg is just too much. you wana try to keep ur bg as small as possible in size so it loads fast for users to see or else they will just think its broken.

i noticed on that layout for the contact table that 50's face looks chopped a little. you may want to use a different method of extraction instead of the extract tool... make sure you get all of what you're trying to get.

I agree, for example this fat joe layout I just did. Everything matches and blends in well.

beef is where 2 rappers have a argument and basically go to war on a cartian subject,

what I meant by a beef layout was something that depecits 50 cent Vs. Camron
these two artists are current in beef.
