Question: Making Layouts MSRS Ready?

I am in the process of making some layouts that I would like to sell but I want to make sure that they are MSRS Ready. I don't own a MSRS site so can someone be kind enough to tell me if this is the proper format for them?

Anything else that I am missing or should change? Does MSRS work with Gif backgrounds?
