What are the dimensions of a layout thumb that would be compliant with MSRS?

in msrs, anything smaller than 400px wide works. i do large thumbnails for all my sites so mine are 404x220 because i have a certain screenshot system that i do for my layouts that makes them that size and still maintains a great quality thumbnail.
But when i make layouts for others, usually i do about 300px wide, since some people don't like the large thumbnails like i do.

In MSLS you can choose the dimensions of the layout thumbnails.

For MSRS Selena is right :)
