I know that you have to pay five dollars and everything, but when you proceed onto paypal it says you need a credit card? ...
I probably seem like such a noob :p
Also .. if I were to make a thread offering lettersets, does anybody think they might be interested?

Use the login bit on the right, then you don't have to use a card I believe..?

It normally says that when you have insufficient funds in your account.

^ Well, I tested it out and I only have $1.31 at the moment. I saw the same thing as meghan, so hopefully it is just insufficient funds :P

You have to attach your paypal to a bank account, then go to your bank and verify it.

For some things you pay for- you need to have a varified account.
That can be via mail [they send you a code], or bank account [they diposit small amounts, then you log in and tell them how much], or having a credit card.
I have a bank account on mine... so I'm not sure what the problem would be for you.
