how come the page rank appears as forged when i check it against checkpagerank.net? the textanbody.com one is kinda nice.

what the heck does it mean when a page rank is "forged"?

Yeah you can make it look like you have a certain PR, but you really don't. Not sure how it works, it's something to do with 301 redirects from a page that has that PR.
