When you're making layouts for a group buy or something, what are expected of them? Like the background, extended network, contact table, etc.

And how should they be coded?
MSLS/MSRS ready or just background, contact table, and extended network images along with the code in .txt format?

Personally, I'd like the background, contact table, network graphics and coded. I'd prefer it formatted for MSRS so I can use for both MSRS/MSLS.
