you can create a style in Fireworks really easy to do something like that.

Grab the PSD download in that tut page...then just remove the other buttons...and remove the background in the NYC button and insert your own image. Then size it down. :)

I wouldn't call it theft (using the PSD) since all them buttons look alike, nothing special or that different about them.
