Adsense Filter

For those running Adsense, do you filter out low paying ads? As you may know, there are websites that will provide a list of a hundred or so low paying ads, depending on your niche.

If you filter out all the ones that pay 10 cents, they'll display the ones that pay 9 cents.

The goal is to filter out all of the 1 cent and 2 cent entries. Here is the list that I use: I still receive 1 cent and 2 cent entries but not as many as I did before I used the competitive ad filter

Log into your Adsense account, click on the "Adsense Setup" tab at the top and then click on "Competitive Ad Filter".

Crap sites like that 10-bestsites.com one are like the plague, they are everywhere and I keep seeing their ads on Adwords all over the place. Why doesn't Google get rid of that junk?

This item was discussed before, of course to "ban" some bad paying ads can help but the competitive filter has a limit how do want decide which are bad paying if you have a busy website? and how do you know that these ads paying always the same?

I was thinking of emailing them on the subject.It stinks when you give them millions of ad impressions/month and they are giving you 0.01c for someone to leave your site.

They only let you filter 200 sites which sucks.

I have some good experience to contact adsense by mail, but in my case it was Adsense Netherlands, I have no idea how fast they will answer in other countries.

another thing about low priced ads, It's possible that the show this ads only in some countries because there are no other ads. Do you see them in US too?
