does anyone know where i can find a tutorial on this? i remember seeing one but i cant remember what its called this is what im talking about:

We have some similar backgrounds if you want to play around with them:

I used my lines from my brush set here: http://dirt2.com/photoshop/brushes/files/Dirt2-Stripes.abr

It has some large radial lines, from there you just apply a background to them, a stroke with a pattern, and a background pattern to create the tripple pattern effect.

I have to agree Karm. Don't make your pics like that! Lol, you're pretty. Those effects are UGLY and CHEESY! :hammer:

who said i was useing my pictures lol. i think there neat. im always up to learn something new, maybe i'll just put my own style to it. even if there overused ah well i dont care i still wanna learn how.

I like them. thanks for the link to the tutorial. I actually had never seen that before, I think it would be cute to make a celeb layout with it.
