I'm opening a new site, soon. I need a kawaii style layout for it!

Requirements:
Preferably a "pixelled" style (see below).
1000 pixels wide.
Not too big a header (I don't want people to have to scroll for ages before reaching the content).
Please don't infringe copyright!

If you need more information, please post here or PM me. I will need to see examples. I'd like something a little unique.

No. :p It can be pixel or vector or line art. :)
