Hello,
I currently am selling my websites together. A main one being yescomments.com, which usually has a page 1 or 2 ranking, and is booming with over 500,000 visitors a month. 200,000 are unique (Sorry about the error in the heading that says 200,000 UV daily, it is 200,00 UV monthly). It has been like that for months and has steadily been growing this year. It is one of the premier Myspace comments sites. Feel free to check up on that, on site.compete.com or even click the purple globe (extreme tracking) towards the middle of the site to verify. Skize.com (40,000 visitors a month) and Purelayouts.com (25,000 visitors a month) is also included in the sale who have dedicated users because they have been around so long. I'm also including 10 websites that are not established and only see around 1k each a month. They have a lot of content though and a lot of potential. These sites combined get over 600,000 page views a month.
To be honest, I have barely gotten a chance to touch these the past few months because in September I had a family member move here and we have fully picked up an old project we started a while back. I no longer have any time for my websites. That is why I need to sell it to someone who has time for these sites and can earn the full revenues that they can make. These websites are making about 4 - 6k a month and that is without me doing any updates to them. They can be earning a lot more. I dont even have Gigya for yescomments.com which I should have done months ago. I am selling all of these websites for 75k.
