seamless bg's for photoshop

im looking for a tut on making seamless bg's for photoshop. i searched here and only found for psp but not for photoshop unless i searched in the wrong place.

Go to Filter >> Other >> Offset

Basically make a 200x200 tile...

Add your brush or whatever in the middle of the tile, then go to..

Filters > Other > Offset and set the Hor and verticle at +100 for each....that's it really...
