Hi there huns. I really love the glits that you all do and I am fairly new at this. I was wondering if you all can help me. How do you all get the grey noise around your glitter Text? I do a glow effect but it doesn't look like the greyish dots or pixels around the text. I use Fireworks, Paintshop pro, and Photoshop.

In paintshop Pro its just a noise and bevel... I believe... I might be completely off on what ur looking for.

Find a silver glitter fill
open it in animated shop
save each frame by itself should be 3 or 4 frames
open photoshop
open all the glitter images you just saved in photoshop
save the glitter images as patterns go to EDIT > DEFINE PATTERN
then use a stroke around your text and use a pattern fill instead of a color fill.
