I'm not sure if anyone would be interested in this site or not, but I know we don't have time to manage this one anymore, plus we're trying to go in a different route. Offers welcome :) PM me please.

Assume no traffic/revenue
Runs on marshalls ELCMS
Has a good amount of content on it :)
On-site SEO done properly, pretty much to the max.
Comes complete with MySpace account. Not many people as friends, but some.

All this site needs is just steady updates and some inbound links to be great.

The traffic is minimal as I have not done ANY promotion on this site at all. It get's around 10 to 20 UV's per day.

I just checked the PR and it's a PR 1.

The site has great potential to be HUGE. Everything is there and ready to go. It just needs a little TLC and you could have something quite spectacular.

We don't have a BIN in mind, so all reasonable offers are welcome :)

Not really.

Just looking for offers at the moment. We "may" set a BIN or we might just keep the site on the back burner until we get time to grow it.

It doesn't make sense to us having a site that is just sitting there when someone else can be profiting from and enjoying the site.

Were not looking for $1,000,000 but were not looking for $1.

Ok guys, we have had a lot of interest in the site, in this thread and a lot by PM.

Because we still can't think of an appropriate BIN, we are going to put it up for auction.

It will give everyone who is interested a fair chance to win the auction :)

I'm writing up the details and I'll be posting it within the next few hours so keep your eyes peeled :)
