Custom Layout Wanted

Base requirements:

* Two columns w/ top nav, left sidebar or Three columns w/ top nav
* No tables/iframes or celebrities
* Must work in all major browsers
* Vibrant colors

Please include samples of your work and prices in your reply. If you can code it for Wordpress, please include a price for that as well.
