Nice colorful header, easy to use navigation. The fonts could have been a little bit bigger or something a bit more routine such as verdana or arial. In any case, very nice work.

Is it possible to change up the ads? I see the same (flat abs something something) in three different spots.

I like it Christina. I really like the background. The only complaint I have is that it took quite a while to load. =] Good job overall. :scooter:

I love the header. :) I hate the flat stomach rule ads though. Do you have any control over which specific ads run on your site?

But how come there's nothing under Sponsors on the right navigation?

I like it. The only thing that it comes on a little strong with all the animated flashing GIFs at the bottom. Good work and I love the colours.
