I Need a Custom Temple

I am starting a new site, and I need a custom layout temple.
I need it 2 colums with a wide sidebar for navigation and a large content area.

I would need this within a week or two

Please leave an exmaple and a price.
I am willing to pay for HQ. im not looking for a cheap $15 layout(haha.)
