Does anyone know how to undo an action completely from a photo in Adobe Photoshop Cs2? I always have to open the picture again without saving changes and it's starting to bug me. By the way, edit/undo doesn't work.

Also, when I download some Actions, they don't work and some are the same inside even though I downloaded from different people. I'm sure the people didn't copy each other because it was like 10 different people. It's confusing. But if you can just answer the first question, that would help me a lot.

Thank you. :)

just go to the history tab or use the history brush.

after you do the action and you want to go undo everything just go to history
and scroll all the way up and click the picture and run another if you want. thats how i do it.

just make sure you have your history set to go back as many steps as the biggest action you have or are going to use.. know what I'm saying? like if your biggest action is 45 steps, you may want to make sure you have your history set to go back atleast 50 steps..

or you could take a snapshot of the part you want to save by right clicking on the part in your history section and selecting snapshot.
