I noticed that MaxBounty has trouble serving ads at certain moments.
Users can't load my webpages because it stops or slowed down at the MaxBounty ads.

If you see spikes in your traffic and you have MaxBounty ads, then this could be the cause.

Hell no dont iframe them, its against the policy!!
I have never had a problem with them, all ads load very very fast and good payouts, last check was a little lower than $3K... get a faster internet connection i would say!

They slow down for me or stop completely around 8am (UK) which is probably about midnight in USA.But only for about 10 minutes.
This doesn't slow my site at all because it just loads without them.
I guess they must update around that time.

I'm new to this forum, new to affiliate sales and new to maxbounty. I am NOT new to e-commerce or internet marketing. Maxbounty's banners and their own site are so pitifully slow that after TWO days of using them I'm ready to give up.

Customer service - NON EXISTENT
Their ads bog down my sites, cause my sites to not load correctly blah blah blah.

They deny any problem and I've had NO reply to emails. The only reply I've had was from the "owner" on a different forum claiming I was the only one complaining.

This has happened on numerous browsers, computers and connections (all dsl or cable)

Me too.No probs with them.Suport excellent for me.In fact I emailed them suggesting they add new Zwinky banners with the drag and drop look (saw them on another aff) and they were up within 2 days.Even better conversion.
Can't fault them (and Gillian is nice too) http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_3_1.gif

It is always slow. Always.
I am really trying to like MB, I think their site offers the best interface and the offers are decent. But as I stated, zero customer service and their own owner totally lied in reply to a post of mine at a different forum. He stated that he had not heard of anyone else complaining about this issue. Yet on even ANOTHER forum, he engaged in a topic about it. What good does it do to have ads that don't load?

I have stopped even trying to email them. But in all honesty, I haven't received one reply to any emails from ANY of the affiliates I've signed up with in the past week.

Well I won't ask what "making a killing means"... :)
But I just put the Zwinky ads on my site. Are you running banners or buttons? (If I may ask)

I have that same problem too.
On my ringtones landingpage i had a banner from them to act as the header and link to an offer.
I decided to host the banner on my own site and link to it using a php redirect.

They do have good ads though. But i still favor Azoogle (a lot!) because of the issues that MaxBounty has.

I've had great support as well.

Even had a nice little email from Gillian congratulating me when my son was born.

All the problems you guys were having were because of my sites.....

They were sucking the ads from thier servers to much and my site was using 60% of the server resources.....

Heres a email response I just got from them....

=======================

Hi Will,

Yeah, I know it sucks to pull the rotator, but it wasn't designed to handle
3M hits per day, which is what you were sending. I know it must sound really
funny for a network to ask for less traffic, but our servers were getting
killed by your traffic, and ironically, it was impacting you as well.

I'm looking at putting in place a rotator that has less server impact in the
near future. I'll let you know once it is in place.

Thank you very much for your co-operation and understanding in this matter.

Sorry Guys.

Well I got this one.

Hello everyone,

Over the past year, MaxBounty has experienced tremendous growth. We like to think our growth is directly related to our high-paying campaigns, friendly affiliate managers, and responsive customer service. But in reality, our growth comes from the hard work of each and every one of our dedicated affiliates. For that, we thank you.

As a result of our growth, we've spent a great deal of time analyzing our servers, our site, and our tracking code to ensure our continued growth does not have a negative impact on your commissions. Based on our analysis, we will be making two changes that you need to know about.

Our first change is to upgrade our servers. This upgrade will allow us to handle more traffic, but will also allow our servers to be more responsive. We are currently working on this upgrade now and it should be completed in the immediate future.

Our second change is to drop support for the banner rotator, effective immediately. Our analysis has shown that few affiliates use this function and the resource cost of the banner rotator does not justify the results that it provides our affiliates. If you are using the rotator, please remove it from your site ASAP as February 14th is the last day that it will be live.

We are grateful for the business you have given us over the past 3 years and look forward to working with you for many years in the future.

Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions.

lol, PGZ is causing them to get upgraded servers! So although it has been slower lately, in the end it will be better for everyone heheh.
