Hey guys,

Can you suggest ad agencies which allow CPM ads anywhere? I wish to know about any agencies who don't mind webmasters putting ads below the fold.

I know, that these will be the tier 2/3 agencies. Any reliable ones in mind?

They do not allow ads below the fold.
It is the lower tier cpm agencies, who will allow. Any good names?

CPX is yet to pay me for September 06, despite 15-20 reminders.
I think, there are agencies, which will allow.

:O What do you mean?
Does ValueClickMedia not allow you to put ads in the very footer (bottom) of the pages then?
Ooops :P

It's probably best to sign up and have a proper look around, they accept through trusted affiliate links pretty quickly, if you you don't like what you find there just cancel.
One thing I will say is they are new, are keen to get good affiliates on board, listen to your questions and requests and will even try and get programs such as the Zwinkys if yyou ask them.
But the most important thing is that their stats are reliable and they payat the end of each month and don't hold any back as a lot of the networks do.

In valueclick, the only ads that have to be above the fold are the banners and skyscrapers. The rectangle ads can be anywhere. Join VC from my sig :)

It tells you when you get the code for a Valueclick banner where it must be displayed. As far I am aware they all must be above 500pixels, even the rectangle, but I don't really know of anyone who places the rectangle above the fold.

People need to read more... From their site:

Do the banners, leaderboards, skyscrapers, wide skyscrapers, half pages, and rectangles need to be above the fold?
All ad formats must be placed within the first 500 pixels or 'above the fold' on your site. However, you may place both rectangle formats below the fold only if they are integrated directly into your content and/or articles - you cannot simply place the ad at the bottom of the page.

I already use VClick and hence know that one can't put ads below the fold.

Cyclops, is that a CPA network in your sig?
I am looking for a CPM network below the fold.

Agreed. Why do you even post if you have no idea what you are talking about?

VC's website says this at the bottom of all my ad code pages.

Ad Code Requirements

....
All banner and skyscraper ads must be placed above the page fold, within 500 pixels of the top of your webpage.
....

When I get the rectangle codes, I don't get a top fold requirement like I do with banners and skyscrapers.

Can we get back to the topic?

Casale, VC and such top agencies do not allow banners below the fold. So lets not discuss that any more.

Can we discuss CPM agencies which allow below the fold advertising? When pages are long, a banner below the fold could be good.

I don't know of any CPM companies that I'd trust to get a payment that allow below the fold displays.

Have you tried any CPA stuff?

You could also put a google box set to images only I believe.

I know it can be hard to get into ValueClick.

Is it hard to get into CPX or Casale?

Another place that you can apply for is RMX direct.

https://direct.rightmedia.com/index.php

I've used them for sites that ValueClick won't approve for my account.
