Make the iPhones rotate 90 degrees and have the images change like on the real iPhone and that would be SO cool. :) They are a great idea, though!

Agreed with the previous comments. You could download a few videos and capture shots of them, put them into Animation Shop or Image ready, and animate them that way. http://www.virtualdub.org/ is pretty decent at capturing mpeg-1/avi videos
