How do I make profile public?

I came across a models website, and she had a link to her facebook page (www(dot)facebook.com/pages/Natalie-Minh/18542287572) and when I paste the link in my browser it shows her profile and the whole nine yards. When I do the same for the account I setup with facebook, it does not work (www(dot)facebook.com/pages/Bob-Millionare/1087353217) the page that shows up requires the person to sign up to facebook.

What setting must I change so I can put a link on my website to my facebook page and allow anyone to view it as Natalie has done, without having to signup for a facebook account?

Please be specific in answer...obviously I am a little slow :)

Natalie's is simply just a fan page (similar to myspace groups > fan clubs). It's not an actual profile. I don't think there is a way to set up an actual facebook profile using that URL format. Therefore, I would think that in order to use that format you would need to create a page (http://www.facebook.com/home.php?ref=home#/pages/create.php) (although I could be wrong).
