The full width of the layout is 1000 pixels.
The sidebars are 170 pixels in width (can be made smaller or larger if needed).
The content area is 620 pixels in width (can be made smaller or larger if needed).
I can change the number of columns to whatever number you need.

BTW, the footer doesn't just cut off like that. It ends with the rounded corners similar to the top.

I also wanted to mention that this works perfectly in Internet Explorer and Firefox, and so probably other browsers, too (though I have not checked). If you need this to work in a specific browser, PM me or post here and I will check it in that browser and fix any mistakes. :)
