Basic Intro/What the site Offers
Songskins ranks very well #1-3 for it's main keywords, Very strong pr3.
Has lots of linkbacks and lots of traffic from search engines.
Was recently accepted into VCM because they did not see this as purely myspace related, so consider yourself somewhat safe in that field.
The site has tons of content and a unique music skin generator as well unlike any existing one out here. This generator is not sellable or redistributable however, That was the agreement when I got it made by a user on MSP by the name of Moonstar so please talk to me or him if you have any legal questions regarding the amazing script. It is up to date and creates 2.0 profile music skins.
All the content, codes and previews on the site are up to date and work on 1.0 and 2.0 layouts. I can even offer a code for 2.0 music skins.
The site is somewhat hand coded but mostly alot of php management scripts, you paste and url/save the text file and voila you're finished with that update. It's extremely easy to customize as well. This site was my treasure but without a source of income I have to give it up, I am trying not to attach any sentimental values with it because I value the site SO much.

Going to be completely honest here, Site was running good, does not have a myspace profile linked to it or anything. All traffic was real and the visitors came and came because of my daily updates. I don't have time to update and now they want 2.0 music skins and I just don't have the time.
I made about 300.00 a month since July/Opening day and it's dwindled down to about 160-250 because of the lack of updates. It had 2,500+ at it's week which was just a couple months ago. It's a PR3 and was even a PR4 but without the updates it's not-updated.
I can work on new music skins for the buyer and they can hire me for music skin services for cheap but I need to get this site off my hands and I am willing to cut the price very low. During the time of July-November I've made about 250.00 on average. 250 x 8 months=2000. this is not including the hundreds of dollars worth custom scripts or thousands of dollars worth of content that I made or payed for.
Selling the entire site for only $1,570.00 I was going to offer it for $2,500.00 but I need to get rid of the site before it's too late.
Sale includes domain, everything on the site and free pack of new graphics. The new 2.0 profile music codes and working 1.0 music skin codes.
As I've said if you need custom music skins done feel free to PM me and I can do them for as little as a dollar each only to the buyer.
