Haha graphics design never was my strong point, I have found someone from here i want to design me a site layout but they seem to not come online much.

You can try not stealing other peoples graphics and making your own -_- MSP bans for that. I also thik maybe a black outline around the text would be cute.

I personally am not a fan of a site that I have to scroll horizontally to see it in it's entirety.

and the header is just very basic.

I always thought someone should make a header with just like a mass of random crap on it. Like throw a pic of a cell phone in there, and a package of spree's, a half a joint, a butterfly knife and some old pretzels, some loose change, a football card, a blue gym sock, a bandaid, some lip balm, a water melon rind, an earing and a can of peanuts or something.

Maybe the header should have more brushes or design to it. It's too simple. and you should make the menu headers the same width as the tables.

TOO many ads. Some of the ads even overlap into the content for me. It's very distracting. :\

The header is also a bit plain and looks weird all those ads.

But I like the actual set up.. just not the ads. :)

yeah. As strict as VC has become with Resource sites, I'd look at what you are doing. I'm pretty sure you have way more VC than is allowed (only one 300x250 is allowed per page). You also have way more Google ads in your source than what is allowed. Get rid of AdBrite all together.
