I am selling my network of sites as I have a much larger project upcoming and I do not want to let these sites go “down the drain”. The sites listed below are being sold as a package. They will not be split up. All stats, revenue and details are cumulative to the network in its entirety, not one property itself.

http://www.profilemile.com - This site is a MySpace resource site with very good potential. The site can generate about $20.00 / 1000 visitors with incentive type offers. It also generates revenue from Google AdSense to the tune of about $5.00 / 1000 visitors. This site is managed with a custom administration interface allowing you to easily add layouts, graphics, tweak codes and new generators. The admin section also allows you to set the Meta tags, Meta descriptions, title and page description for each and every page on the site. This helps tremendously with SEO. The sites URL’s are also rewritten to be search engine friendly. The site is 1 ½ years old and is hosted on a dedicated server. You do not need to have a dedicated server for this site; it is simply where I built it.

Site Language: ASP / VBScript
Database Required: SQL Server 2005 (SQL Server Express is a free download)
Hosting Required: Anything with ASP support and SQL Server support (very common). Will also require that you can install ISAPI Rewrite to rewrite the URL’s. I will provide the copy of ISAPI Rewrite.

The above sites are created for certain highly searched keywords relating to MySpace profiles. The sites generate revenue via an Incentive offer. Once the user completes the single field submit, the code is available. The only one of those sites I have optimized is http://www.hidetopfriends.net. I have promoted it via social bookmarking networks and it ranks very well in Yahoo, and upcoming in Google, for its given keyword. Following suit with the other domains and their respective keywords will yield you good results as well. The one site I have worked on, http://www.hidetopfriends.net, makes about 4 conversions per day at $1.50 per conversion. Assume no revenue currently on the other 3 sites listed in this set.

Requirements for Site: ASP support if you want to use the tracking system. Other than that, basic HTML is all used for these pages.

http://www.fettionline.com – This site fits in with the whole MySpace niche. It is a PPC landing page which generated very nice return on the dollar. You will need to have a PPC account (Adwords or similar) as well as an Affiliate account with someone who carries the Webfetti product. Past that, it’s pretty much automatic.

http://www.scrapeyoutube.com – This site is a YouTube downloader. It allows the user to enter the YouTube URL into the box and it will allow them to download the FLV file from YouTube itself. You can also watch a YouTube video and if you want to download it, just type the word “Scrape” in front of the YouTube URL and it will automatically take you to the site and allow you to download. The site is 2 pages total and receives about 100 page views per day. It is popular in MSN search for larger keywords. A little SEO and it could easily take off.

Site Language: PHP5. There is no server behind this. There is 1 ASP page which is used for the typing of Scrape in front of the URL, but this can be easily rewritten in PHP if needed

http://www.lyricsort.com – This site is dedicated to providing lyrics of music songs. I am currently completing the B – L sections, and once complete, it will have over 300,000 lyrics loaded. Lyrics can be searched by title, artist or by partial words in the song. Revenue can be generated with banner ads as well as on the detail pages with options to buy the CD, buy the track (ITunes) or download the ringtone. Thumbplay.com is the partner I use currently and they have a nice search API. It actually preloads items from whichever artist / song they were just getting the lyrics for. Very targeted. This site does not have any revenue or substantial traffic as of yet.

http://www.collectringtones.com – This was my attempt at doing PPC with ringtones. Could not ever get a great landing page built and I gave up. The domain name is included in the sale.

Summary: The sites listed above could be a great network to someone with the time / resources to promote them properly. They were all built with time and were not built solely for resale. For hosting, I would suggest a small windows VPS, although you can make your own decision about that. Set up of the sites is relatively easy. I will provide you a ZIP file for each one of the sites as well as its corresponding SQL Server file. If you are familiar with Microsoft technologies, this should not be a problem. If you buy the package from me, I will assist you in setting it up for success, but only if you are using a Windows VPS or dedicated server. I will not assist you with shared hosting as it is foreign to me. If you go the VPS / Dedicated route, I will also make myself available via phone for help, if needed. I have listed some traffic stats below as well as some revenue details. Any questions let me know.

Regarding an issue raised by Pooraffiliate, this is a matter to be handled through PM and mediation rather than in open forum at this point. If I find the sale of this network suspect I will close this sale, but as of now I have not seen anything convincing that would make me think there is anything wrong with this network.

That is correct, on auto pilot. Remember, Lyricsort.com does not even have serious traffic as of yet. It is a project which I built some months ago, and have been updating in the meantime. I like to let my domains age like a fine wine! I would think the way LyricSort is set up it would earn about .04 per visitor.

Fettionline.com is a PPC landing page which made me $116 in its best day. It cost $45 to make that amount. Advertised with Google Adwords, its a winner. I was having problems with quality score at one point (being honest) and did not gather the motivation to try and figure it out.

The other 4 smaller sites, only 1 has been promoted. Hidetopfriends.net. I will provide you with the method I used to promote it (easy easy easy) and the others should follow suit in regards to revenue.

The majority of the revenue comes from hidetopfriends.net and profilemile.com. Traffic is devided mostly btwn profilemile.com (best), hidetopfriends.net (2nd best) and scrapeyoutube.com (3rd best). Removing the other 6 sites and you would still probally make $200.00 / month. With proper promotion of the other 6, dramatic revenue increases are possible.

I understand everyone may be stuck on the typical sterotype of x8 or 10 months revenue. With that model, I am still very accuratley priced. Per the above post, 2 of those sites generate that amount of revenue, give or take a few cents. 4 of those other sites are developed, using the same model as the one thats pulling its fair share. The only difference is that they have not been advertised or optimized.

You have scrapeyoutube.com, which has decent traffic for its age, but has not been monetized. I litteratly threw Adsense on there and called it a night. Using the right ad's or selling private advertising to software developers would probally bring another $100 / month.

You have LyricSort, 300,000 lyrics organized and the site has excellent monetization methods behind it. It is bandwidth friendly and in high demand. You know you have looked for lyrics online before. Again, custom script, custom design.

Collectringtones, well, I dont know about that. I tried. Give it to your brother or something. :)

What I am saying is that following the basic model of x8-10 months worth of revenue, I am well within line. 200 x 10 is $2000. The rest of the sites are intended for you to take advantage of and promote them to get more traffic and in turn more revenue. I guess the sale is more aimed at marketers and seo's, not people looking to throw it up and cross their fingers, as they can better leverage the power of the network.

Please see the last 3 links in my org. post. There are screens of the uniques for the domains with traffic. Breakdown below.

The first is stats for hidetopfriends, hidemyspacecomments, hidecommentsonmyspace and hidemyspaceurl. I do not have indivd. stats for those domains, but I can tell you 99% of the traffic is thru hidetopfriends (only one I have promoted).

The second stat is for profilemile.com by itself.

The third is for scrapeyoutube.com by itself.

Assume minimal traffic on the remaining 3, again, they have not been promoted.

Myspacepimp... I know you're an SEO guy. I hope this is a diamond in the rough for you. Let me know if you have anymore questions. And again, dont forget my offer guys.
