Apart from the three times that I've caught him stealing from me personally and had him removed content:

1. Revistate.com (original site)

2. Check the EMBED code of all his comments. He (and many other sites) are leeching from fotocajon.com, and pixvirtual + enchulatupagina's photobucket account (enchulatupagina OWNS fotocajon and pixvirtual - I've emailed him a few times):
