I am very happy with them aswell.

I did have a problem once, so i used the live support. However, the woman who i spoke too wasnt much help at all. She just said the problem was with my browser, and that was the end of it. I tried again later, got a different representative, and they were of great help. Fixed my problem :)

hahahahahaha....Love it!
I remember I used to email Microsoft about simple problems like visual settings, they make me through a whole thing in RegEdit etc...spend an hour doing that...5 emails later and they realise the problem was a simple tick box you have to uncheck or something...haha! some support staff make the problem worse lol!
