first time making layouts

well since I have been having a hard time finding good people to hire to make me layouts I got fustrated and decided to give it a shot myself. this is the first time I have really messed with graphics or even made layouts myself for that matter so I was just looking for a little feedback i guess. I find the more I keep doing it the more I discover a few new tricks.

I think they look pretty good. I dont know if this is true or not, but i recall reading somewhere that all visitors MUST have the option to block you.

I know that the "block" link is still there, but it isnt obvious where it is. I think before you start making more, check into it, to make sure it isnt a problem first.
