Selling all my sites, domains, and content

Selling all my sites, all my domains, and all my content for $12,000. Here's what I own:

1. http://www.ourspacer.com. Traffic has averaged a little over 1800 UV/day since February 1st. Right now it's at around 1400 UV/day. Averaging since February 1st, it has been making around $396/month. That's $221/month from adsense, $65/month from widgetbucks, and another $110/month or so from people advertising. (My widgetbucks account was created at the end of February, so the average was taken from March 1st.)

The script running the site is a custom script. You can upload custom layouts, custom layout categories, etc. The same thing goes for comment graphics, contact tables, and backgrounds. The script will then build the pages containing the layouts for you.

All the content on this site comes with the site, as well as a lot more content I have on my laptop that I haven't uploaded yet.

It also comes with a sitemap generator, so you don't have to build your own sitemap every time you add new content.

The basic look is from searchenginefriendlylayouts.com , and is extremely easy to modify through CSS. For example a site I'm developing for someone else, http://www.addressmunger.com/test/CannonsFightClub/sefl/ , was made from the same basic page layout using just CSS.


2. The myspace page I use with this site, myspace dot com slash ourspacer. About a third of the friends are musicians, mostly those who manage their own layouts. The other two thirds are friends gathered from the friend search feature on myspace.


3. http://www.addressmunger.com. This IS NOT a myspace related site at all. It's an anti spam site. Traffic isn't super, but it's PR4. there's an extremetracker link on that site, so you can see the traffic. It makes around $8/month. I've never advertised for this site, and it's been a while since I've made a new script for it.


4. http://www.eeosgraphix.com. Runs on an older version of the script that ourspacer.com runs on. I planned on updating it to the far more SEO friendly version of the script ourspacer.com uses when myeeos went live. Now I'll update it if I find a buyer. It's extremely easy. Plus, since there really aren't very many myeeos sites out and since I have some uncommon layouts, it will probably put you on the first page for content having to do with a lot of different categories and specific artist names, etc.

Traffic obviously isn't super since myeeos.com hasn't gone live yet. However, it's ranked pretty well in google. Keep in mind that good keyword strength is important not just to get good traffic after myeeos, but also to win that all-important market share the very first days and weeks of myeeos

Here are some key ranks. These are all the keywords I checked. Pay attention to quotes vs. nonquotes in this list of ranks:

5. http://www.eeosstuff.com. COMES WITH A COMPLETELY UNDEVELOPED, NEVER DOWNLOADED COPY OF MSRS. We can verify with Greg if you decide to buy. I decided not to develop this site with the the copy of MSRS I bought until after myeeos.com went live, but it looks like it won't happen since I'm trying to sell.

Some more details about the script:

* I only included ad units and link units for adsense. I forgot to include $7/month for search and referrals, which means there's room for improvement for the buyer. So total revenue is about $403/month.

* Someone asked me for a daily breakdown in revenue. I can't post it here because of google's rules, but if you want it PM me.

* Someone asked how much content I have. I have approximately 900 layouts, 4000 contact tables, and almost surely over 10,000 comment graphics. In fact I have so many comment graphics that I've only uploaded around 2000 of them.

* The script is MSRS ready, and there are no bugs if you choose to use different names for the files or additional images in the layout. My layout script supports .jpg, .png, and .gif for bg, network, contact, thumb, AND banner.

* You can name layouts whatever you want. The script takes the name of the file with dashes and underscores and puts titles and text in pages with spaces in place of the dashes and underscores. This helps a great deal for google traffic.

* The same goes for comments, contact tables, and backgrounds. Name them whatever you want.

* The script supports huge 300x300 contact tables in the "huge" folder, and mini 224x130 contact tables in the "mini" folder with code that actually works for their size.

* All layouts, comments, and contact tables that have been uploaded have been given descriptive names, so you don't have to do it. You'll notice the text in the name of the file appears on the site, which does wonders for SEO.

Is "I don't know yet" a good answer? Short answer: NEVER DEAL WITH THE OWNER OF MYSPACESUPPORT.COM. Long answer: He has ownership of one of my sites right now. Still working on getting that back or getting payment for my sites. May have to go the legal route. If I get the site back, I will relist the sites for sale in a new thread.
